Job Purpose

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the infrastructure architecture that supports KTCS’s IT services and business operations. The Infrastructure Architect ensures that the company’s technology foundation including compute, storage, network, middleware, and cloud is scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with both enterprise standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing IT infrastructure landscape (servers, storage, network, middleware, databases, monitoring, and operations) to identify improvement areas and perform gap analysis toward the desired future state.

• Design and define infrastructure architecture blueprints and transition plans to support business and service delivery models.

• Establish and maintain infrastructure standards, policies, and governance frameworks aligned with enterprise architecture and IT strategy.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, System Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure infrastructure solutions meet business and technical requirements.

• Lead the implementation and modernization of core infrastructure components such as virtualization, microservices platform, AI, automation, cloud, and hybrid environments.

• Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and security of infrastructure systems in both production and non-production environments.

• Evaluate new technologies and tools, and provide technical recommendations to improve service efficiency and reliability.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers in infrastructure design best practices, documentation, and operational excellence.

• Support infrastructure roadmap planning and capacity management in alignment with enterprise growth and client needs.
